Christmas.

I need to have some Christmas cheer. Our house is bland and lacking in the holiday dept. Largely because we have no money to spend on silly things like christmas ornaments. This year I vow to hit the stores during those after christmas get-rid-of-this-stuff sales and go nuts.
Anyway I think tonight shall be the night that I brave the scary under the house area,drag out the box with the christmas tree in it, dig around until I find the ornaments, put on some holiday tunes, and decorate while drinking hot toddies. Yay for decorating and drinking. Alyssa has said something about getting together so I'll recruit her help.
After tonight there will be hoilday cheer in my house. OOO there are christmas cards to write tonight as well.
I also have gifts to make. As I hvae no money I am making large numbers of gifts. I am woefully behind on this and will spend most of the weekend finishing up projects. I also have a movie to go see and a set to help build, so this weekend will be busy. That's why I think setting up the tree tonight is a good idea. Maybe I'll hit Big Lots and get some cheap ornaments.
